Description:

PPR-AL-PPR Stable Pipe is one kind of special composite construction with 5 layers, it’s an organic bond after special hot melting adhesive between PPR and aluminum with high temperature. The composite construction: PPR----Hot melt adhesive----Aluminum----Hot melt adhesive----PPR. The interior/ exterior layer assures sanitary performance for water supply, the size of interior layer is close to the general PPR. acting as the main pressure-bearing body, the middle aluminum layer reinforce the protection. 

Feature:

1. Small linear expandability coefficient, only 1/5 of the pure plastic pipe, almost equal to that of metal pipe, non-deformable with open-air installation;2. Non-oxygen permeation and anticorrosive in operation under high temperature. The aluminum effectively isolates from air outside, prevent the oxygen permeation and metal parts from oxidation or corrosion;3. Ultraviolet radiation resistance, aluminum layer effectively isolates from ultraviolet radiation;4. Heat preservation, energy efficient and economical;  (Heat transfer coefficient: 0.23-0.24 W/M.K, Steel: 43-52W/M.K, Copper: 383W/M.K )5. Tight connection, easy installation. The exterior layer is convenient execute melting insertion connection with traditional PPR pipe.
